Position Description:

We currently have an entry-level position opportunity for a team-oriented individual demonstrating the aptitude and passion for developing into a world-class customer-strategy professional. As a member of the consulting team, Business Analysts are expected to acquire the skills and competencies that enable them to be effective client advocates & innovative solution providers, independent project contributors, superior communicators, and builders of practice capabilities and intellectual property.

During a client engagement, Business Analysts are primarily responsible for producing industry, company, market, and customer analysis, conducting client interviews and in-depth data analysis, contributing to client deliverables, and supporting project administration.

Base experience:

• Bachelor's Degree; graduate degree a plus
• Minimum of two years experience in marketing or business administration in an analytic role
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and 1to1 principles
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated creativity in working with and collecting data
• Collaborative nature, with an entrepreneurial spirit that can function effectively in a team
• Self-starter that can network, accomplish tasks, and create results with minimal direction
• Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel over 60%, with percent varying based on nature and phase of project.

• Degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering or statistics
• Understanding of statistical concepts and hands-on experience with fundamental techniques in multivariate analysis
• Familiar with relational database management systems and experienced in common database applications such as SPSS, SAS, Oracle, and MS Access with a good command of SQL.
• Experience with customer (vs. financial) analysis preferred
