• Integrate throughout the company by matching actionable, advanced analytical solutions to specific business needs.
• Improve corporate profitability via direct marketing modeling, customer segmentation, merchandise selection, inventory planning, and customer relations.
• Develop new spatial statistic procedures for real estate initiatives.
• Develop customer segments based on purchase behavior.
• Prioritize, implement, and manage multiple projects within production schedules while being consistently excellent.
• Support business decisions by completing projects on time.
• Provide new ideas, creative approaches, and sound statistical judgment.

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field of study is required.
• SAS including, SAS/Base, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros.
• Working knowledge of logistic regression, general linear models, experimental design.
• Experience with direct marketing models.
• 1 year of experience with SQL Server.
• Development of advanced analytical solutions from a data warehouse.
• Experience developing insightful, complete, actionable summaries.
• Women�s Apparel and Retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
