NEW YORK, May 16 (GenomeWeb News) - The Translational Genomics Research Institute has licensed GeneGo's datamining and pathway analysis platform, MetaCore, the St. Joseph, Mich.-based company said today.

"GeneGo enables our scientists to generate global pathways and smaller targeted networks," said Edward Suh, chief information officer of TGen, in a company statement.

Last week, GeneGo licensed its MetaCore platform to Exelixis and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals.
