POSITION:
PostDoc position at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
for the duration of 1.5 years starting from October 2005,
in the context of the Horizon Breakthrough projects programme

TITLE:
IT-proteomics: Informatics Tool for Proteomic Biomarker Detection
using large-scale nanoLC-FT Mass Spectrometry Data
GOAL:
The goal of this project is to design and implement an informatics
tool for tumor biomarker detection with large-scale LC-MS data.
The tool will be based on machine learning algorithms incorporating
new feature selection, classification and ensemble techniques based
on support vector machines.
