How will you do this? By using, developing, evaluating and most importantly applying leading-edge methods in consumer modelling, personalisation algorithms, machine learning, statistical pattern recognition and knowledge discovery from data. If you have a solid background in AI, Maths, or Statistics - preferably with a PhD - and a working knowledge of the above methods, this is your chance to be part of radical developments in our industry.
