MSN Global Business Intelligence team is chartered with providing a Business Intelligence Platform capable of providing both tactical and strategic business intelligence across MSN. Every day, we help MSN Music beat iTunes, MSN Search beat Google, and MSN Hotmail beat Yahoo & Gmail. Our systems are used both to manage content on the network in real time as well as to decide which features to build and create long term strategic plans for MSN. We analyze characteristics of billions of click streams, IM conversations, emails and search queries every day.

Our team is looking for full time talented Software Developers.

Software Developer:

• Strong knowledge in SQL, data warehouse, and reporting applications.
• 5 years of experience in developing and shipping database applications or services and in depth understanding of database design with large scale OLAP/DW implementations;
• the candidate should demonstrate expertise with t-sql, stored procedures, triggers, performance running, replication, DTS, and other advanced SQL Server features to implement distributed and partitioned databases.
• Experience in Star/Snowflake schema and dimensional modeling is a plus; Solid experience with data access technologies (ADO.NET or equivalent) is preferred.
• Prior experience with BI system or server development experience is highly desired.
• B.S in computer science (or equivalent) is required.
