Subject: Googlebot goes beyond crawling static pages - queries local search engine

In April, I have noticed a new behaviour by Googlebot - it goes beyond crawling static HTML pages and is now submitting queries to KDnuggets local search engine (powered by fdsearch).

Googlebot was searching for these terms, in decreasing frequency:

  • mining
  • web
  • system
  • market
  • state
  • share
  • measure
  • biology
  • similarity
  • farm
