Take a deep dive into the world of online behavioral modeling and product usage analysis. Help the Product Metrics team empower the technology division to achieve key objectives by providing analytical understanding of our products, our customers and our operational performance. Work on projects involving product usage based attrition modeling, statistical analysis of feature adoption patterns and click-stream web analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com feature set and product strategy
  • Develop, test and maintain recurring metrics dashboards/reports/scorecards
  • Translate business goals into key performance metrics
  • Research metrics, tools and process changes to improve business management
  • Perform exploratory statistical analysis and data mining
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Analyst experience
  • Background or direct experience in the software industry
  • Proven capacity for independent/creative/critical thought
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using statistical concepts
  • Experience working with large scale datasets
  • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects and effectively resolve most obstacles with minimal supervision
  • Expert using SQL, PL/SQL, Excel, Business Objects and Crystal Reports
