As a Senior Business Analyst in Affinity Marketing you will perform business research and analysis that's designed to improve business processes and support decisions that contribute to the growth of profitable business. The Affinity Marketing team of Liberty Mutual's Personal Market's Distribution group focuses on creating and producing reports that support operational activities for the Affinity Marketing Channel. In addition, the Affinity Marketing team function focuses on the key metrics of all Affinity business including Client, Segment, and Industry Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Producing and analyzing Affinity Business for executive management under tight deadlines
• Focusing on key metrics within all Affinity Business, and creating reports that improve operational decisions-making.
• Being a key point of contact for Affinity Marketing reporting needs.
• Streamlining reporting processes to create operational efficiencies.
• Performing special compliance projects as requested.
• Oversee Massachusetts new and renewal filings.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Ability to efficiently gather data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to effectively utilize data and systems tool available.
• Ability to streamline and automate processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate interdepartmental activities to produce results.
• Efficient skills in SAS EG, Brio Query, and MicroStrategy a strong plus
• Experience in VBA coding a plus
