Positions

As a highly visible member of the Measurement and Analysis Department, you
will work together with other world-class professionals to make significant
contributions in planning and analyzing our clients' marketing programs.
Key accountabilities include the following:

        o Development of world-class measurement and analysis strategies
          involving segmentation, predictive modeling, profiling, and
          optimization
        o Identification of actionable data-based marketing insights
        o Authoring measurement and analysis business proposals, and
          personally driving their sale by presenting these solutions to
          senior client management
        o Performing hands-on advanced multivariate data analyses

These positions are located in our Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA)
headquarters.

Qualifications

We are selectively hiring individuals who possess the following key
qualifications:

        o Advanced degree with a concentration in statistics, mathematics,
          or economics
        o Five or more years of progressive applied experience in
          quantitative marketing analysis roles, preferably within a
          consulting or agency environment
        o Comprehensive familiarity with information technology, including
          relational database management systems and marketing information
          systems

A high degree of marketing savvy, business acumen, and truly outstanding
communication skills are required in addition to demonstrated quantitative
and technical excellence.
