While the growing size of KDnuggets News (frequently over 40,000 bytes) is a tribute to the growth of the KDD field, KDnuggets News was getting to be too large to be emailed to such a large list of subscribers. Starting with this issue, KDnuggets News will be emailed in a digest format, i.e. it will contain the highlights and item subject lines, with all the appropriate links. The actual contents of the items will be posted at www.kdnuggets.com/news/ website. I think that the digest format will allow readers to get to what they are interested faster, and will also allow posting items with richer content on www.kdnuggets.com/news website.
