ANGOSS Software Corporation, announced January 17 the version 1.1 release of KnowledgeExcelerator(TM) and KnowledgeAccess(TM), its data mining add-ins for Microsoft (R) Corporation's popular Excel and Access spreadsheet and database applications.

The most significant enhancement is the completed integration of KnowledgeExcelerator and KnowledgeAccess with the Acxiom Data Network(SM), a data service providing automated on line access via the Internet to external marketing information on approximately 95% of all U.S. households.

In connection with the release, users of KnowledgeExcelerator and KnowledgeAccess with approved Acxiom Data Network accounts will receive their first 5,000 data enrichments free of charge under the terms of an introductory promotion arranged between ANGOSS and Acxiom.

In other news, ANGOSS announced KnowledgeSTUDIO for Siebel, an integrated data mining solution for the Siebel Systems enterprise relationship management application suite.

On January 25, ANGOSS announced that KnowledgeSTUDIO version 3.0, will be released to beta distribution January 31, 2000.
