Senior/Principal Software Engineer Position

At Engage, we build web user profile software and maintain the world's
largest anonymous visitor profile database. We use the software and database
as the backbone of our marketing and advertising network to deliver the next

We are in need of a software developer with a background or interests in
machine learning/statistics/AI.  Specific requirements include at least two
years experience in C/C++, HTML/XML, at least one scripting language
(Perl/Tcl/Python), and experience with commercial database systems.   Other
desirable qualifications include knowledge of object OO design and
experience and computer networking.  Knowledge of/experience with
reinforcement learning/neural-dynamic programming, and optimization is a
plus.
