Fraud Modeler

Job Description:
Utilize the latest technologies in artificial intelligence and statistical
modeling- for detecting fraudulent orders in the e-commerce industry.
Specific responsibilities include analyzing data to determine suitability
for modeling, data mining, pattern identification and variable selection,
analyzing performance, and reporting results to customers.
Required Qualifications (Experience/Skills):
BS or MS in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or related fields. Minimum
3 years of experience in credit card fraud detection, pattern recognition,
mathematical modeling, or data analysis on real world problems. Good oral
and written communications skills, both in terms of interacting with
customers and with co-workers. Familiar with SAS in an NT environment.


Data Mining Analyst

Job Description:
Utilizing your analytical, statistical and problem solving background, you
will review Internet merchant data to determine the risk associated with
individual orders.

Your responsibilities will include research and development of fraud models
utilizing data mining and analysis tools in an NT environment. Research
individual and gang behaviors; research suspicious orders to uncover
emerging trends in internet fraud, prepare flow charts and block diagrams,
and write up resultant equations for implementation into a real time
production system.

Preferred Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or Statistics with
concentration in Artificial Intelligence, 2 years experience in credit card
fraud analysis preferred, Proficiency with SAS/EM, Team Player.


Sr. Software Engineer/Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for the design, development, enhancement and implementation of
sophisticated software that includes agents.

Required Qualifications (Experience/Skills): BS in Computer Science,
Statistics, Math or related field. Responsible for product implementations
and frequent travel may be required. 5+ years of software development
experience with a thorough understanding of UNIX, Windows NT, Object
Oriented design methodology, and GUI design. Extensive experience developing
applications with C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Tcl/TK or Perl programming
experience also desirable. Experience developing real-time systems. Must be
highly motivated and enthusiastic with good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience managing software engineers and
software engineering projects. Familiarity with financial retail, and
internet commerce industries.
