Accrue, Software Inc. has two openings for software engineers to be
instrumental in the further development and improvement of the data
mining engines and machine learning components of its Decision
Series knowledge discovery workbench.  The Decision Series is a
state-of-the-art modeling toolkit with seven analytical engines and a
rich exploratory data analysis framework.  These engineers will be
involved in a dramatic new improvement to the underlying
infrastructure and will be responsible for the entire software lifecycle,
from functional and design specifications to implementation of new
features.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years experience designing and
implementing software and delivering complex computer systems,
and the demonstrated abilities of object oriented software
development and of working with diversified software tools.
Candidates must have strong C, C++, and Unix experience,
excellent debugging skills, and familiarity with component based
architectures.  The ideal candidate will also have had a broad
exposure to statistical, machine learning, and relational databases.
