I am writing a Web-based monograph on text mining. Its 600 pages of text will contain a broad overview of the discipline, and will focus mainly on our experiences of S&T text mining with our Database Tomography approach. The last section, an additional ~300 pages, will be a comprehensive list of text mining/ information retrieval references. I would like this document to serve as a resource to the larger community, and wnat to incoporate the most comprehensive list of references possible. My accumulated reference list, and references obtained from querying major databases, presently numbers over 2000. A similar type document on metrics, (http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/kostoff/index.html), with substantial reference input from the community, contained over 5600 references.

I would appreciate KDnuggets readers sending me text mining/ information retrieval references for this monograph. I will eliminate any duplicates by sorting, and will acknowledge contributions in the text.
