Responsibilities:

Position will be responsible for applying data mining and other
sophisticated analytical tools to Outcome's repository of customer
information. The focus will be on deriving information that can
be used for both marketing and product development. Duties include the
following:

· Product Management.

 o Research customers/partners and identify primary analytical needs
 o Specify necessary data enhancements
 o Determine necessary reports and analyses
 o Work with engineering to design
 o Determine timeline for functionality rollout

· Business Development.

 o Research necessary partners and how they map to Outcome's needs
 o Determine integration points
 o Work with engineering to integrate
 o Assist with sales support on the creation of demos


Requirements:

· Technical Knowledge.

 o Experience with data mining and other analytics
 o Ability to construct data mining models/analytics
 o Experience with data reporting and analysis tools
 o Experience applying data mining analytics to internet and marketing data

· Project Management Skills.

 o Proven team management skills -- ability to manage the direction
 of several people who do not report directly to the position.

 o Must have led at least one project involving at least five people.
 o Must have managed primary resources and budget in at least one project


Additional Plusses (not required):

· Experience with financial services product & transaction data.
· Degree in AI
· Knowledge of consumer marketing
· Knowledge of database architecture
· Knowledge of financial services consumer products
