Project Manager to join our team.  We have also received recognition by

As a Project Manager in our Worldwide Consulting unit, you will be the key
to creating value for our clients through the timely implementation of
solutions based on our cutting-edge analytical software tools. You will
structure engagements in collaboration with our sales teams, focusing on
solving client business problems. You will lead the process from project
planning through execution and client acceptance, managing teams of various
sizes that can include both internal and external resources. During each
project you will be our primary face to the client. Our projects reflect our
diverse business base: they can be small and quick or large and sustained;
they can be within almost any industry, from eCommerce start-ups to durables
manufacturers to consumer services companies to educational institutions.
Opportunities also exist for working internationally through our non-US
consulting teams.

To succeed, you will need to be creative, self-directed, entrepreneurial,
and have strong interpersonal skills. You will be managing multiple projects
simultaneously in a team environment. You must also be comfortable in
selling situations where you are partnering with our sales staff, presenting
the capabilities and methodologies of our consulting organization.

Job Requirements:

- BA/BS required, MBA a plus
- 5 years solid experience managing technology and/or consulting projects in
a commercial environment
- Demonstrable experience in resource management: coordinating multiple
people to accomplish tasks within schedule and cost constraints
- General understanding of data collection and research methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SPSS products and data mining technologies/methods a strong
plus
- Experience with implementation and/or use of CRM software systems a strong
plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in retail, telco, financial services, or insurance preferred
- Experience in e-business and web technology projects a plus
- Some domestic travel required; some engagements may require sustained
on-site presence
