Director, Decision Systems

Responsibilities:
 Position will build and lead a team
responsible for developing and managing data mining, analytic, and CRM
applications for both Outcome and client partners' customer care and
marketing initiatives:

- Build team of data mining and CRM specialists and business analysts
- Research and identify analytical needs of Outcome and its client partners
- Recommend data enhancements, analytic functions, and reports
- Determine product strategy and rollout for decision support analytics
- Identify strategic partnerships and recommend integration points
- Lead team in analyzing and identifying critical trends in customer information

Requirements:
 - Proven team management skills (i.e. ability to manage the direction of
  at least 5 people)
 - Demonstrated responsibilities in budget and resource management
 - Strong experience with data mining, analytics, and data reporting


Preferred:

- Knowledge of consumer marketing, database architecture, and financial
  service products
- 3+ years experience with financial services consumer product and
  transaction data.
