Dear Connectionists:

We are pleased to announce the official start of the NIPS 2000 Unlabeled
Data Supervised Learning Competition!  This competition is designed to
compare algorithms and architectures that use unlabeled data to help
supervised learning.

The first four datasets, and more details, are now available at the
competition web-site:
