Marketing Database Manager

Developing and maintaining the customer value and customer retention models,
you will manage sensitivity analysis and provide recommendations on
enhancements. In this role, you will support Customer Information System
reporting and analytical requirements, as well as oversee analysts, which
support OnePass system production requirements and quality assurance. In
addition, you will leverage data warehouse to research production issues.

To qualify, you should possess a bachelor's degree in mathematics,
statistics, other quantitative field or management science (master's
equivalent is preferred), plus model development/programming experience in
SAS and RFM (recentcy frequency and monitary modeling). Strong knowledge in
statistics is required, as well as 3-4 years of strong project management
experience. You must be a self-motivated person with effective written and
oral communication skills. Strong research and problem resolution skills are
needed, along with a keen attention to detail. Database query experience
including Access, Microstrategy, Queryman or SAS preferred. Familiarity with
National Change of Address processing is also desired.
