Provides guidance in the career and technical development of database marketing analysts. SKILLS: 1. Direct Marketing Experience--experience with the execution and measurement of direct mail, telemarketing, and web marketing campaigns. 2. Computer Programming Experience-writing SAS and SQL programming for direct marketing campaigns. 3. Banking and Investment Product Experience 4. Marketing and Sales Skills--understanding consumer behavior, consumer motivations, sales processes, creative messaging, copywriting, how to create awareness, interest, and preference 5. Project Management Skills--ability to achieve business objectives through the implementation of marketing campaigns where the campaigns take place within the constraints of established schedule and budget 6.
