We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our algorithm
development group.  Candidates with a Ph.D. in Computer Science,
Computational Statistics, Bioinformatics or related computational
fields with 3+ yrs demonstrated experience in development and
implementation of data mining and advanced statistical algorithms.
The position will involve rapid prototyping and implementation of
novel algorithms with applications in the analysis of drug
development, genomic and proteomic datasets.  The candidate will have
solid computational skills and experience with rapid prototyping
systems for algorithm development such as Mathematica, Matlab or
S-Plus.  Basic understanding of data mining and knowledge advanced
multivariate statistical methods is needed.  Knowledge of Java for
algorithm implementation is a plus.  Prior experience with extensible
data mining APIs such as MineSet API and data visualization is a plus.

Required Skills: 3+ yrs of experience in computational field with
algorithm development experience, data mining and advanced
computational statistics, Mathematica, Matlab, or S-Plus.

Desired Skills:  Data mining, Java/C++ programming, data visualization.
