          Special Session on Web Mining

The series of GfKl conferences bring together practitioners and
scientists from all areas where statistical data analysis is being
performed. Fostering cross-discipline research is a major goal,
particularly for GfKl 2001, where the emphasis is on exploratory data
analysis. Among the several data mining sessions and workshops, a
session dedicated to web mining is planned, to accommodate advances
for exploratory analysis in the web, from e-commerce applications to
user modelling and tele-teaching.
