Xchange, Inc., a leader in the eCRM space, is looking for a
Senior Data Miner/SAS expert to join its world-class consulting group.

The successful candidate will lead customer analysis and eCRM projects
in finance, telco, ecommerce, and other sectors.

The candidate will be using SAS and a variety of commercial data
mining tools, as well as some of Xchange proprietary software.  The miner
will be involved in all steps of the knowledge discovery process,
from business problem definition, to data cleaning and model
development, to results presentation and model deployment.

Specific requirements include
    Ph. D. in Statistics, Machine Learning, or equivalent and 2+ years
	experience.
    Experience with SAS.
    Expertise with different modeling approaches, including
	      decision trees/rules, neural networks,
	      or bayesian belief networks.
    Practical experience with databases.
    Excellent coding skills in C/Java/Unix/Perl environment
    Good communication and presentation skills.

Candidates are expected to be able to quickly pick up new tools and
techniques and work in flexible, project-oriented teams.  Some amount
of travel will be expected,
