This position will include analyzing credit and demographic characteristics
of customers to increase the effectiveness of enrolling and retaining them
in debt management plans. Our business plan relies on increasing referral
and enrollments from the Creditor channel. This team will play a key role in
providing Creditors with the information and knowledge they need to value
debt management plans as an alternative to traditional collection
strategies.

BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a
similar quantitative field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 3
years experience in data mining and analysis techniques including customer
profiling and segmentation. Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis
software and related large-scale OLAP software. Experience in leading
cross-functional work projects.
