Client services teams work day-to-day supporting the objectives of specific client assignments: Client Service teams consist of: Engagment manager, Customer Interaction Manager and one or more business analysts. Specific requirements for Business Analyst include: * Responsible for designing and managing a complex data environment for 1-4 tests concurrently. * Translates test objectives into specific reporting templates, integrating client customer file data with test-generated data. * Coding the test file data with the test-generated data. Strong understanding of statistics required, and ability to work with small sample sizes.
