Mindswift is a Mindswift is a newly formed, rapidly growing, New York-based
provider of interactive market-testing services, with a proven, profitable
offering.

Our service enables clients to improve the measurable effectiveness of
interactive customer channels.  We do this by facilitating a proliferation
of small, low-cost "experiments," and with careful tracking and analysis of
the results, providing insight to modify the interactions for greater
impact.  Experiments are designed to synthesize sophisticated databases and
analytics with qualitative insight; "customer intuition and empathy meets
Boolean logic."

In effect, the Mindswift offering represents a "wind tunnel" for marketers
to tinker with the design of interactive channels -- web, email, phone, IVR,
direct-mail etc.

The company was formed as a spin off of the marketing testing practice of
Novantas, a consulting firm.  Methodologies perfected by Novantas'
principals over the past several years have improved client performance over
dozens of assignments by as much as 50%, and up to 150% and more.

A top-notch leadership team has been assembled from American Express, Bain
& Co., Booz Allen & Hamilton, and the original Test and Learn practice from
Novantas.  They bring experience in marketing strategy, operations,
e-commerce, statistical analysis, and technology development.

Mindswift is adding capacity rapidly, to meet demand for services far in
excess of current ability to deliver.  We seek to form relationships with a
small number of client-partners committed to rigorous learning and who
perceive a clear need to optimize demonstrated effectiveness of remote
customer interactions.

Client services teams work day-to-day supporting the objectives of specific
client assignments:
Client Service teams consist of: Engagment manager,  Customer Interaction
Manager and one or more business analysts.

Specific requirements for Business Analyst include:
*   Responsible for designing and managing a complex data environment for
1-4
    tests concurrently.
*  Translates test objectives into specific reporting templates, integrating
    client customer file data with test-generated data.
*  Coding the test file data with the test-generated data.  Strong
understanding of
   statistics required, and ability to work with small sample sizes.

Additional experience sought include:
 *  developing database queries (SQL/Oracle strong plus!)
 *  top-notch Excel skills,
 *  knowledge of mainstream web-analysis tool and techniques
 *  exposure to the creative or market research side of business.
