Subject: New York, NY, USA: Director, Analytical Solutions at DoubleClick
Drive global strategic and product direction for DoubleClick's analytic
solutions. Build a new business for the world's largest interactive
advertising technology - DoubleClick. Analytics are an essential part of
eCRM, allowing customers to answer the most fundamental questions facing
their business - which type of advertising is the most effective, who are my
most valuable customers and am I making money on a particular solution.
Position reports to the Vice President, Product and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Define business model for analytical solutions that enable
publishers and advertisers to make better decisions based on the metrics
that drive their business.
- Recommend market entry and make/buy decisions - and making the
recommendations into a real business.
- Identify and build relationships with key strategic business and
technology partners.
- Drive product roadmap that supports the strategic direction and
extends DoubleClick leading digital advertising solutions including DART and
AdServer.
- Work with engineering to define data warehousing strategies that
enable this business - both for internal data and for partner and customer
data
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of business and technology leadership in a technology
company or strategic consulting organization.
- Experience in eCRM, data warehousing and/or customer analytic
companies
- Exposure to SAS, SPSS or other statistical process software a plus.
- Strategic planning, product management, partnering and/or M&A
experience required.
- BS in computer science, statistics and/or mathematics required.
Masters degree is a strong plus.
- MBA required.
