(NasdaqNM:ACRU - news), a provider of analytic solutions Internet-sites, warned on Tuesday that its third-quarter net earnings would be significantly below its earlier estimates. The Fremont, Calif.-based company also said in a statement that it had named Greg Walker interim chief executive officer, replacing Rick Kreysar. Executive search firm Korn Ferry International would help find a new CEO. The company said that based on preliminary data, gross revenues for the third-quarter would be below the range of previously stated guidance, and net revenues and net earnings for the same period would be significantly below previously stated guidance. The company plans to report third-quarter results on or about Feb. 13. The company had $20 million in cash, said chairman of the board Robert Smelick. The company said that founder Jonathan Nelson would join the the board, replacing Brooke Seawell. The company's shares were down $1, almost 35 percent at $1-7/8 in morning trading on the Nasdaq.
