Analytical Customer Relationship Management Seminar

Quadstone is proud to announce its sponsorship of a groundbreaking
analytical customer relationship management seminar.  The half-day
event, to be held at Bentley College's Center for Marketing Technology
on Thursday, March 8, will feature presentations from industry leaders
Peppers and Rogers Group, Data Miners and Experian.

Hosted by Mark Smith, Ph.D., Quadstone's president, this morning seminar
will illustrate why analytical CRM is crucial to maintaining and
developing customer profitability, and how analytical CRM techniques can
be deployed for best effect. The seminar will arm marketing
professionals and analysts with fresh perspectives on the application of
analytics to improve customer understanding.

Elizabeth Rech of Peppers and Rogers Group will start the sessions by
examining the case for analytics as an integral part of any CRM
initiative.  Continuing on from Rech's presentation, Dorian Pyle of Data
Miners will drill down into customer behavior modeling techniques and
best practice.  The presentations will conclude with a case study from
Experian's Charles Chung, demonstrating how analytics have helped
improve results at Experian.
