Amazon.com is looking for a data mining analyst to help the CRM process. We want a candidate who thrives on challenge and has strong analytical and statistical skills. The successful candidate will build predictive and lifetime value models, determine customer segmentation, and run ad hoc analysis supporting marketing and finance. This analyst will also implement scoring within the data warehouse. Candidates should be familiar with predictive modeling, decision trees, and regression. We're interested in candidates with an advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, or a similar field. Proficiency in SPSS/SAS is required. Knowledge of C++ and Perl is helpful but not required. Compensation includes stock options.
