Contributions describing data mining research on large, heterogeneous
medical datasets are sought for the November, 2002, issue of AIM.

Articles dealing with the design, implementation and testing of novel
protocols ensuring the anonymization, deidentification or secure
exchange of medical data are also welcome.

Email inquiries concerning this announcement to any of the guest
editors to discuss the possible submission, and to obtain Instructions
for Authors, are strongly encouraged.

Full articles must be submitted by October 31, 2001, to Krzysztof
Cios. If number of acceptable articles is large a double issue will be
published.
