Business Objects to Integrate with KXEN's Advanced Analytic Technology in
Future Product Versions

Business Objects International User Conference, Las Vegas - October
22, 2001 - Business Objects (NASDAQ: BOBJ), the world's leading
provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced a
licensing agreement with KXEN, a global analytic software company.
With this agreement, Business Objects plans to integrate with KXEN's
technology in future versions of Business Objects products,
specifically BUSINESSOBJECTS' ANALYTICS.
