You must be a LEAD ENGINEER OR ENGINEERING MANAGER with proven
success leading a team of 5 or more engineers and have
- Hands on knowledge in software design fundamentals and data analytics/data mining. Includes XML, ASP, Java, Advanced SQL/T-SQL, OLAP and others
- Experience with all phases of a software product lifecycle, targeting enterprise customers
- Ability to recruit and retain engineering team
- Passion, drive and sense of urgency to succeed in an emerging growth environment
- Ability to successfully interact and communicate with senior management, development team, and customers
