Software

I have released a first version of a Spectral Clusterer component for the Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA). It is implemented in Java 2 and it runs in WEKA 3.2 framework. It is available at the following address:

and it is issued under the GNU General Public License. The Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis can be downloaded from:

This a preliminary, but fully functional, implementation of a Spectral Clustering algorithm for the WEKA system as described in [1] and [2]. I hope that you can find it interesting and useful. For more information please consult the previous link and the source documentation.
