Call for papers for International Workshop on Text Learning (TextML-2002) at ICML-2002, Sydney, 8-12 July 2002 ICML-2002: http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~icml2002/

The main goal of the Workshop is to bring together researchers working in the text-related machine learning issues. In the recent years there was an increasing interest in machine learning techniques for textual and Web data. One of the goals for the Workshop is to provide an opportunity for presenting research work which, by its text specific focus, would not fit well the main conference program but would still be of interest to researchers working in the area. This include related fields like Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Text Extraction, and similar.
