Summary: This is a perfect opportunity for a person with very strong analytical and quantitative/algorithmic programming skills to enter financial analytics environment from the ground level.

Company: Financial trading company, providing solutions for technology-driven trading. The company was founded over 10 years ago and has multiple offices in the US. This position is located in the Boston, MA office.

Position: Senior Developer/Analyst, with more experience in quantitative/algorithmic programming, but with a potential to move to a research side after completing some programming tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for a person with very strong analytical and quantitative/algorithmic programming skills to enter financial analytics environment from the ground level.

Requirements

• PhD degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
• Strong technical skills (UNIX, Perl, also Matlab and C would be a plus).
• Previous financial experience is a big plus.
