We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Data Solutions team as a Sr. Statistical Analyst. This person would be responsible for addressing and analyzing and making analytically based recommendations for direct marketing programs using the following tools: predictive statistical modeling, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and analysis, data analysis and mining, break even analysis as well as external data enhancement.

The candidate will also be working with both internal and external clients to determine quantitative methods for solving their issues and will constantly evaluating and improving upon internal tools and processes with other Merkle team members.

Must have graduate degree in statistics or related field with 3 or more years of experience in quantitative arena, database marketing experience a plus.
