The Department of Business Analytic Solutions in the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) invites applications for job opening in its Customer Behavior Analytics Group, located in Toronto. The latter is concerned with research and development of machine learning and data mining techniques for predictive modeling of customer behavior related to various product portfolios and channels across the Bank, including internet banking. The Department offers a stimulating working environment for R&D and encourages publications in scientific journals and conferences.

Applicants must have a PhD in Computer Science or related field with good math background and experience in one or more of the fields of machine learning, data mining, predictive modeling, statistical inference, pattern recognition. Good programming experience in C++/Java/Matlab and SQL will be considered as a strong asset.
