Scientific Program

Tutorial program consists of six half-day tutorials held on Monday 19 August and Tuesday 20 August.

Workshop program consists of five full-day workshops plus the Discovery Challenge workshop held on Monday 19 August and Tuesday 20 August.

ECML/PKDD main program will start with the Opening and Keynote at 16:30 on Tuesday 20 August and run through Friday 23 August.

Invited speakers are Erkki Oja (Helsinki University of Technology), Dan Roth (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign), Bernhard Schölkopf (Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics) and Padhraic Smyth (University of California, Irvine).
