Newburyport, Mass., July 8, 2002 - Genalytics, a provider of next generation predictive modeling solutions, announced today that it has obtained the right to sell, service and support the Rapid Modeling Environment (RME) software application previously sold by Tessera Enterprise Systems. RME automates common modeling steps and reduces the time spent accessing data required to create predictive models. The application is a natural complement to the predictive modeling technology Genalytics currently offers and can also be used in conjunction with other modeling tools.

The RME application automates the creation of complex, analysis-ready data sets from large RDBMS warehouses and automates the production scoring of the entire database. RME is a three-tiered application and can be easily integrated into varied hardware and software environments. Designed for the most demanding analyses, the RME can query, summarize, and score terabytes of detailed customer data on a routine basis. Organizations that have utilized the RME application include Hanover Direct, Publisher's Clearing House and Eddie Bauer.
