Caesius Software appoints two new advisors

SEATTLE, Wash., October 16, 2002 - Caesius Software, Inc., creators of WebQL, an automated agent creation and deployment technology, announces the naming of two new members of its Board of Advisors: Joseph Eash III and Hyer Bercaw.

Joe Eash III has over 40 years experience managing high technology for the government and private industry. Joe has served as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Advanced Systems & Concepts. He is a Principal Research Engineer for Georgia Tech Research Institute, an advisor to the Homeland Defense Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration, and a member of the Defense Science Board Panel on Discriminate Use of Force. Joe is also the Chief Scientist for computational modeling at the National Defense University. His industry experience includes executive positions for GRC International and SRI International.

Hyer Bercaw has a diverse background with over 15 years of experience in high technology fields. This includes 6 years with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and over 7 years with Microsoft. Hyer led Microsoft's Java tools marketing effort resulting in 50% market share in the first 6 months in the market. Hyer was also responsible for planning, business development, and market research efforts leading up to the current MSN Search service. Currently, Hyer is the program manager driving Microsoft's Passport performance and availability development team. Microsoft Passport is the world's largest authentication system and web application with over 250 million accounts.
