SEATTLE, Wash., December 23, 2002 � In a move to overhaul its corporate identity Caesius Software, Inc. will become QL2 Software, Inc. effective January 1, 2003. According to Chris Buckingham, president of Caesius Software, 90% of Caesius' customers buy direct. "Having a company name that is easy to remember, pronounce, and spell is critical to our ongoing branding strategy."

The management team, address, and phone numbers are unchanged. The Web address will become www.QL2.com and the prior Web addresses (www.caesius.com and www.webql.com) will redirect traffic to the new address for the foreseeable future. Email addresses are unchanged except for the suffix changing from "caesius.com" to "QL2.com".
