Requests

We are looking for a web mining service that, if we give name of a researcher, university of researcher, and often the department of the researcher, we would like to obtain the publicly available email address of the researcher through the university website. Is there a service or web mining engine that can do this?

With 6000 names, it would be wonderful to automate this process - if it's less expensive than hiring a temp to do it.
