FeaturesSubject: DigiMine changes its name, CEO and focus Seattle Times (June 9, 2003) reports that DigiMine, a data-mining company in Bellevue founded by a band of ex-Microsoft employees, plans to announce a series of changes today -- starting at the top. Usama Fayyad, the company's co-founder, will remain chairman, but will be replaced as CEO by Bill Gossman, 41, a venture capitalist at Mohr, Davidow, which invested in the company's latest round of funding. digiMine will also change its name to Revenue Science, reflecting a new focus for the business. Rather than develop a service for a broad number of industries, ranging from automotive to financial services, the company said it will concentrate on only two � retail and media. Last May, digiMine raised $20.3 million in financing, including about $10 million from Mohr, Davidow.
