Stanford University's top-rated Department of Statistics is offering five courses this summer via the Internet through the Stanford Center for Professional Development. Students in industry are offered these courses, which are the same as those taught on campus, in their pursuit of career-long learning: updating skills, exploring new subject areas, supporting their work�managing risk, analyzing customer data, probing bio-data, designing investment portfolios and more.

Summer quarter courses are:
