August 16, 2004. Predictive Patterns Software Inc. and Visible Bytes Software Inc. are pleased to announce the merger of their companies to form Improved Outcomes Software Inc.

Improved Outcomes will assume the business and personnel of both companies and will provide software products and services in the bioinformatics, image-guided surgery and information technology fields. The new company will continue to sell the award winning GeneLinker Products (formerly of Predictive Patterns and Molecular Mining Corp.) to researchers around the world.

The new company will be directed by former executives of Visible Bytes Software (VBS) and Predictive Patterns Software (PPS):

• Paul St. John, V.P. Image Guided Surgery (VBS)
