We need a PhD student for research in a Data Mining European Project involving the investigation, modelling and control of the influence of the process route on steel strip technological parameters and coating appearance after hot dip galvanising.

The student will develop his or her research and doctoral thesis in a subject directly related to this European Project.

The appointment will be at U. of La Rioja, Spain (www.unirioja.es) from 1st October 2004 and will be for 30 months.

Requirements

We prefer native English speaking engineer.
Good experience in Data Mining and applied AI.

We offer Payment for administrative fees as PhD student in the University during three years, 820 euros per month.
