HSN, an operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp, originated the television shopping concept in 1977. Currently, HSN reaches more households worldwide than any other TV shopping network and is the 4th largest cable television network in the U.S.

The Director of Marketing Analytics will support the VP of CRM in the analytical needs as they relate to the business impacts to and from the prospect and HSN consumer segments. The director will also be responsible for supporting projects that are either solely analytical/cross-functional and the analysis is part of a broader initiative.

The selected candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree; minimum of 10+ years experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, data mining, business modeling, marketing, finance, operations management, process engineering and change management; proficiency in SQL, SAS, LIMDEP and MS Office Suite; ability to access, extract, cleanse and transform data from legacy systems; ability to design/develop data and business applications; ability to design, develop, implement and support business reports/reporting capabilities; proven effectiveness in project management/delivery; and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects. Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research or Psychology is preferred.
