DMT provides data mining technology integrated with the Oracle Database, supporting both the Oracle Data Mining database option, and the Oracle Personalization component of the Application Server.

Lead the technology and development of Oracle Personalization, which enables e-tailers to personalize a customer's website experience using advanced data mining techniques, rules engine, Java API, GUI administrative interface, and distributed architecture - all in the context of Oracle's powerful Application Server. Architect and guide the evolution of a personalization engine combining data mining-based and rule engine-based personalization techniques.

• Must have 3-5 years experience with data mining and machine learning algorithm development and ideally have experience with personalization and rules engine
• 3-5 years experience with database development using SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Architect and guide the evolution of a personalization engine combining deep (data mining-based) and ad-hoc (rule engine-based) personalization techniques
• Experience with Java API and J2EE architecture
• Lead (not manage) a technical team of 3 developers remotely located (India)
• Experienced in technical leadership and software architecture
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
